集成openoffice后 spring boot热部署报错 ?报错

集成了openoffice  在pom.xml中添加了openoffice的依赖  启动的时候报错   把热部署去掉的话可以正常启动 报错信息如下

C:\Users\Administrator\.m2\repository\org\openoffice\lib 这个目录在我本地是不存在的  手动创建这个lib文件夹后 错误信息变为C:\Users\Administrator\.m2\repository\org\openoffice\lib\lib

为什么会跟热部署冲突      pom文件引入的jar是
