定时3分钟评论一次微博，第一次没问题第二次以后报错This is the status code will be returned during rate limiting? 400 报错

我是定时给微博发评论；3分钟给一个微博发一次评论，第一次能成功，第2,3,4.。。就不行了，老报这个错误！！！！
这个应该没超过限制。规定的 发评论60次每小时。根本超不了限。
大牛帮我看一下为什么吧。
