window2003 下装wamp环境apache运行一段时间出错 400 请求报错

代码如上，情况是apache运行一段时间后就出现打开网站是空白的，查看apache日志。有上面一段，网上搜过很多方法。不加载模块的方法也试过，禁用掉winsoket也用过，实现没办法了~
