服务器 localhost和127.0.0.1都无法正常访问, 都显示:

网站mysql设置里面"localhost"无法连接服务器, 只能设置成外网IP, 实在不知道怎么处理,
求高手指点!

apache 提示 403 禁止访问的原因之一，可能是当前目录没有默认的首页文件，如没有 index.html 文件。
而 mysql 不能监听的 localhost 的原因，有可能在您的mysql服务端配置文件中，仅监听公网的端口，而没有加上本地（localhost）的网络地址喔。-------------------------
