请问apache伪静态问题

[font=Tahoma, 'Microsoft Yahei', Simsun]最近因为这个 急的团团转，各种 知道 贴吧 问答求助 就是没人回， 几乎绝望了，抱着在这试试的态度，希望大神能帮帮忙 麻烦帮忙把 apache的伪静态 转为nginx的规则 不要自动转的 规则如下
为什么发上来显示乱码？？？
