磁盘扩容无法写入新分区，提示error 22

磁盘扩容写入分区时提示如下错误：
WARNING: Re-reading the partition table failed with error 22: Invalid argument.
The kernel still uses the old table. The new table will be used at
the next reboot or after you run partprobe(8) or kpartx(8)

已经按照提供的方法 修改/etc/fstab 中内容，
lsof /dev/xvdb1 也看不到进程占用
