使用dmesg 可以看到系统提示文件系统存在错误，因此不允许扩容，如果是数据盘在未挂载的情况下，
执行fsck -y /dev/vdb1 进行修复
注意：该操作可能会导致数据丢失。
/dev/vdb1 指数据盘第一个分区。
如果未分区则为/dev/vdb
实际操作时，请根据机器实际情况输入分区设备名。

RedHat 4下无resize2fs命令

在命令执行（update）途中，强制中断并直接运行poweroff命令关机。再次开机出现如图所示故障指示：
