虚拟机之The VMware Authorization Service is not running

今天上班后，打开虚拟机准备启动操作系统，进行开发工作，不幸的是不能正常启动了，提示信息如下：

VMware Workstation cannot connect to the virtual machine. Make sure you have rights to run the program, access all directories the program uses,
 and access all directories for temporary files.
The VMware Authorization Service is not running。

从字面意思上可以看出，vm平台不能正常连接到虚拟机，VMware Authorization Service 没有启动。于是打开服务去查找：VMware Authorization Service ，里面还真有这个服务，如下图所示：

不过启动状态为未启动，于是将它启动，再次开启虚拟机，这时虚拟机能正常连接了。
