近日，FinOps基金会宣布阿里云正式加入成为顶级会员。作为成员之一，阿里云将致力于推动全球FinOps社区进步，积极推进基金会最佳实践及先进理念，为企业提供更优质的云财务管理体验，帮助客户提升用云效能，实现云投入回报最大化。阿里云首席信息官（CIO）蒋林泉将加入FinOps基金会管理委员会，参与基金会的战略方向制定，共同推进FinOps社区的愿景。

FinOps 基金会是隶属于 Linux 基金会的一个非营利性技术联盟，专注于推动 FinOps 领域的人才培养和实践发展。基金会管理委员会由来自全球不同知名企业、机构及院校的数千名独立行业专家组成，旨在为管理云投资的专业人士提供一个全球性社区平台，促进业务团队和技术团队之间的协作、知识共享以及最佳实践，帮助企业从其云投资中获得最大价值。
随着云计算技术的快速发展和广泛应用，企业对云成本管理的需求日益增长。早在2022年，阿里云已凭借在云成本管理的产品能力，以满分的成绩通过了中国信息通信研究院《可信云·云成本优化工具能力要求》全部33个能力指标，成为中国内地首批通过该评估的云服务商之一。
此次，阿里云加入FinOps基金会，将与全球范围内的企业会员深化合作，积极参与国际技术标准制定，进一步增强中国云计算行业在全球FinOps社区中的影响力。

Alibaba Cloud Joins FinOps Foundation as a Premier Member
Jan. 22nd, 2025, Alibaba Cloud is announced to join FinOps Foundation as a Premier Member today. Additionally, Linquan Jiang, CIO of Alibaba Cloud will join the Foundation’s Governing Board, helping to contribute to its strategic direction and champion its vision for the global FinOps community.

The FinOps Foundation is a part of The Linux Foundation’s non-profit technology consortium focused on advancing the people and practice of FinOps. It promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices among business and engineering teams to get the most value out of their public cloud investments.
With the rapid development and widespread application of cloud computing technology, the demand for cloud cost management among enterprises has been growing steadily. As early as 2022, Alibaba Cloud achieved full marks across all 33 capability indicators in cloud cost management, becoming one of the first cloud service providers in China to pass the assessment of "Trusted Cloud · Cloud Cost Optimization Tool Capability Requirements" by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT). By joining the FinOps Foundation, Alibaba Cloud will deepen its cooperation with corporate members worldwide, actively participate in the formulation of international technical standards, and further enhance its influence within the global FinOps community.
