在安装 8.9.0的时候报错：

• The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.：该进程无法访问该文件，因为它正在被另一个进程使用。
• Could not download npm for node v8.9.0.：无法下载节点v8.9.0的npm。

实现步骤

1 找到settings.txt

• 在nvm 安装目录中，例如我本地：F:\java\nvm\settings.txt。

• 修改:

  node_mirror: http://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/node/
  npm_mirror: https://github.com/npm/cli/archive/

完整配置settings.txt

root: F:\java\nvm
path: C:\Program Files\nodejs
node_mirror: http://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/node/
npm_mirror: https://github.com/npm/cli/archive/

2 重新安装

• 安装之前先卸载之前的包F:\java\nvm\temp

2.1 卸载

nvm uninstall <version>

2.2 安装

nvm install 8.9.0

3 设置npm镜像源改变全局的注册

• 设置成淘宝源

npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org

• 查看结果

npm config get registry

输出结果：

https://registry.npm.taobao.org/
