709. To Lower Case
Implement function ToLowerCase() that has a string parameter str, and returns the same string in lowercase.
Example 1:
Input: "Hello" Output: "hello"
Example 2:
Input: "here" Output: "here"
Example 3:
Input: "LOVELY" Output: "lovely"
题目描述：实现一个 ToLowerCase 函数，函数功能是将字符串中的大写字母变成小写字母。
题目分析：很简单，我们可以利用 ASCII 的性质， A-Z 的 ASCII 的范围是 65~90 ，所以我们只需要将字符串中出现如上字母加上32即可。
