网上画佩奇的代码很多。主要用到turtle这个库。但是在安装的过程中，遇到几个错误。
先说明下我的环境
- win10 64位
- python 3.5

改为源码可以再压缩成tar.gz包，然后执行pip install turtle-0.0.2.tar.gz
